Terms of Service
These terms cover how you can use our website and services. We've kept them plain so you actually know what you're agreeing to.
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services of Bishop Integrations ("Bishop Integrations," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.
On this page
Bishop Integrations provides operations and iPaaS (integration platform as a service) consulting — including systems integration, workflow automation, CRM setup, and related advisory work. Our website lets you view our services and request a consultation. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or agreement ("Engagement Agreement"). If an Engagement Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Engagement Agreement controls for that engagement.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. If you're using the site or services on behalf of a business, you represent that you're authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
If we give you an account or client login, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@bishopintegrations.com if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Requesting a consultation or receiving a quote does not create a binding engagement. A project begins only when both parties agree to an Engagement Agreement in writing. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope, requirements, or third-party systems change.
When using our site and services, you agree not to:
The website, its content, branding, and our pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies remain the property of Bishop Integrations. Ownership of deliverables created specifically for you during an engagement is addressed in your Engagement Agreement; unless it says otherwise, we retain rights to our underlying know-how, reusable components, and general expertise.
Our work often connects or configures third-party platforms (for example, CRMs, ERPs, iPaaS tools, and other software). Those platforms are governed by their own terms, pricing, and availability, and we don't control them. We're not responsible for changes, outages, deprecations, or fees imposed by third-party providers.
Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and to use it only as needed to perform under an engagement. This obligation continues after the engagement ends. Detailed confidentiality terms, where needed, are set out in the Engagement Agreement or a separate NDA.
The website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This section does not limit any warranties expressly stated in an Engagement Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bishop Integrations will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim (or, for site use with no engagement, US $100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bishop Integrations and its personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or an account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the site. Termination of an active engagement is governed by your Engagement Agreement. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as payment obligations, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bishop Integrations is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless your Engagement Agreement specifies a different process such as mediation or arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
